Returns & refunds

For hygiene, we don’t accept returns or exchanges of bars, opened or unopened. Please read the ingredients on each bar’s page before you order, and patch-test a new bar on a small area of skin first.

If India Post can’t deliver your parcel, or it’s lost on the way, email hello@panchrasa.in with your order number. We check the tracking and refund the full amount to your original payment method.

If something arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, email us a photo with your order number and we’ll put it right.
