Question 1

How do I make a bar last?

Accepted Answer

Keep it on a draining dish, out of standing water, and let it dry between washes. A soggy bar melts away fast.

Question 2

How are the bars made?

Accepted Answer

A goat milk glycerin soap base is melted low and slow, the ingredients are stirred in by hand, and it is poured into moulds to set. Every bar is pressed with our PANCHRASA stamp and wrapped by hand in Surat.

Question 3

What don't you put in?

Accepted Answer

No SLS and no parabens.

Question 4

Which bar should I start with?

Accepted Answer

Start with what your skin is doing right now — filter the shop by concern. Coffee & Kojic Acid suits dull, rough skin; Neem, Aloe & Vitamin E suits skin that sweats and gets oily.

Question 5

How much is shipping?

Accepted Answer

Free on 3 or more bars. For fewer, India Post's fee for your PIN code (from ₹32) is shown at checkout. We dispatch within 24 hours with tracking, and delivery takes 2–5 working days.

Question 6

Do you offer cash on delivery?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with a ₹50 handling fee.

Question 7

Can I return a bar?

Accepted Answer

Soap is a personal-care product, so we don't take returns. If your parcel doesn't reach you, we refund in full.

Question 8
